3M VHB Tape (GPH)
- Double-coated acrylic foam tape
- Extremely strong
- Type: GPH-110GF
3M VHB tape is a double-sided foam tape for general purpose applications. 3M VHB tape has excellent resistance to high temperatures and can be used on a variety of substrates. The double-coated tacrylic foam tape has high initial tack and formability, making the product easy to use. Moreover, this tape adheres to a wide variety of substrates such as glass, metal, composite materials, painted wood and certain plastics.
The unmatched strength of 3M VHB tapes increases the overall durability and reliability of any bond. Experience the strength and reliability of this tape.
Features 3M VHB tape
- Double-coated tape with high initial adhesion strength.
- High temperature resistance (short-term 230°C, long-term 150°C).
- Adhesion of multiple materials.
- Deformable foam.
What is VHB tape?
VHB stands for "Very High Bond". VHB tape is able to form bonds of exceptional strength and has greater durability and elasticity than conventional double-coated foam tapes. VHB tape is made of high performance acrylic foam, which enables the tape to maintain adhesion when stretched. VHB tape is extremely strong and a permanent solution for indoor and outdoor bonding.
3M VHB double-coated t tapes offer a specific advantage: the stress load is spread over the full length of the surface and materials adhere permanently with a strong, invisible and aesthetic bond. VHB tape is suitable for applications in:
- General industry.
- Bodywork construction.
- Apparatus engineering.
