Returning products

You can return a product if it meets the following conditions:

• You received the products less than 30 days ago.
• The packaging of the products is in good condition.
• The product or set is returned complete.

Does your return request not meet all of the conditions above? Please contact our customer service. In some cases, your return can still be accepted.

1. Fill in the return form on this page completely.
2. Pack the products securely, preferably in the original packaging.
3. Add your packing slip to the package.
4. Print the return label and stick it on the box.
5. Drop off your parcel at the parcel point, or bring it to our warehouse in Moordrecht.

Returning items is free with us. We do not charge return costs.

Note: If the total amount of your order after returning items falls below the minimum amount for free shipping, we may still charge shipping costs retroactively when processing your return. This is to prevent abuse of our shipping policy.

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.
