We do our best to help you with honest advice, top quality products and great service. However, it can happen that you are not completely satisfied with something.

We will try to answer your complaint within 7 days. If it takes a little longer, we will of course let you know in time. Are you not satisfied with how we handled your complaint? Then you can always contact Stichting Webshop Keurmerk — we are affiliated with it.

Are you sending us a complaint? Then add the following:

  • your name, address and place of residence,
  • your invoice number (or a copy of your invoice),
  • a clear description of your complaint,
  • if possible: one or more photos of the problem.

That way, we can help you out as quickly as possible!
