From a small parcel to a full pallet: every order is carefully processed and packed at our warehouse in Moordrecht. During checkout, you can choose from the available shipping or collection options for your order and destination.

Our logistics

From small parcels to pallet shipments

Every order is different. Small products can be shipped in compact packaging, while heavy or large orders may require additional protection or pallet transport.

Our logistics team selects packaging that is suitable for the contents. Liquids and fragile products receive additional protection where necessary to minimise the risk of damage or leakage during transport.

Parcel delivery

For most of our orders, we use a standard parcel delivery service with Track & Trace.

Small parcel delivery

Suitable small orders can be shipped in compact packaging and do not always need to be accepted in person.

Large and heavy orders

Larger orders may be shipped on a pallet or through a specialised carrier.

Collection in Moordrecht

You can also collect your order from us. Always wait for your collection confirmation before travelling to Moordrecht.

Shipping within and outside the Netherlands

We ship orders daily to the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries. Shipping to the United Kingdom is also available. The available shipping methods depend on your destination and order.

During checkout, we automatically display the available shipping options and corresponding costs for the delivery address provided.

International delivery

For international orders, the carrier, delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the country and type of shipment. The available options are automatically displayed during checkout.

Prefer to collect your order?

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Moordrecht. Select collection during checkout and wait for our collection confirmation. Your order will only be ready for collection once you have received this confirmation.

Yes. An account is not required. With an account, however, you can find previous orders more easily and have a better overview of your order details.

No, orders must be placed through our webshop. Need help choosing the right products? Our product specialists will be happy to advise you before you place your order.

Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Your order has then been handed over to the carrier and we can no longer change or cancel it.

In many cases, yes. Place the additional products as a new order using the same details and, when this option is offered during checkout, choose to add the new order to your existing order. This is only possible as long as the first order has not yet been shipped.

Contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to change the address. Once the order has been shipped, this can no longer be done through Polyestershoppen. Depending on the carrier, you may sometimes still be able to select a different delivery option yourself via Track & Trace.

Shipping and delivery

If all products are in stock and you order before 5:00 PM, we will ship your order the same working day. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

The delivery time depends on the destination country, the selected shipping method, stock availability and when you place your order. After shipping, you can follow the current delivery status via Track & Trace.

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with Track & Trace when available for your shipment. Haven't seen the email? Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

If delivery to a collection point is available for your order, you can select this option during checkout. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel is ready for collection.

Yes. We deliver to customers in various European countries and the United Kingdom. The available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery time depend on the destination and are shown during checkout.

The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or during checkout. In some cases, we wait until the entire order is complete before shipping it. Where possible, an order may also be shipped in multiple parts. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.

We use strong packaging, protective filling material and, where necessary, additional protection around bottles, tins and jerry cans. Larger or heavier orders may be shipped on a pallet so they can be transported safely and securely.

Yes. Select collection in Moordrecht during checkout and wait until you have received a collection confirmation.
