Plexus MA420 is a 2-component methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals and composites. This methacrylate adhesive is combined at a 10:1 ratio and cures rapid (approximately 20 minutes). Plexus MA420 is the standard choice for composites bonding applications in the transportation industry, because it requires virtually no surface preparation. Moreover, this product offers a unique combination of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance and superior toughness.
Plexus MA420 Methacrylate Adhesive is supplied as standard in a cartridge of 490 ml (component A + B). Do not forget to order the correct Application gun (LS480) and the correct Plexus Mixing tube.
