Product description
SCIGRIP SG5000-06 is a high-strength two-component methacrylate adhesive for bonding metals, plastics and composites. Most materials such as aluminium, steel and composites can be bonded without surface preparation.
This two-component adhesive is strong and offers excellent adhesion, even if the pretreatment is not optimal. The 1:1 non-critical mix ratio makes this adhesive less sensitive to mixing errors. In addition, the cartridge is easy to use; an application gun is not necessary. After attaching one of the supplied mixing nozzles, the material is ready for use. The working time is 6 minutes. The material then cures rapidly. After approximately 30 minutes, the adhesive is lightly loadable. Full strength is reached after 24 hours.
