Cell-Base pigments are like any other pigment you use for Resin Art, only you use Cell-Base as the base of your artwork. This pigment works on its own and gives beautiful cell effects!
Once you have applied the Cell-Base, it is important to immediately apply the other colours and then, using the swipe technique or a heatgun, make the cells come to life. A thin layer of Cell-Base is enough to create the most beautiful effects. This pigment also lends itself perfectly to a Dirty Pour! Please note: the pigments do not keep long after opening.
