About RESION UV Epoxy
RESION UV Epoxy Resin (UV Cast25) is a high-quality epoxy casting resin with very high UV resistance and transparency. This UV casting resin has been specially developed to prevent long-term discolouration due to sunlight. There is no need to add a UV stabiliser, making this resin even easier to use and suitable for a wide range of applications. In addition, the quality of the resin is significantly higher, resulting in a clearer and more durable finish.

Directions for use
Like other RESION epoxy products, this resin is easy to use. Simply mix the resin and hardener according to the ratio stated on the packaging (100:60) and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes. Below, we briefly explain how to use RESION UV Epoxy Resin:
- Carefully weigh the resin component (A) and hardener component (B) according to the mixing ratio stated on the packaging (100 parts by weight resin to 60 parts by weight hardener).
- Mix the resin and hardener thoroughly for 3 minutes. Make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing cup while mixing.
- If desired, add pigments to colour the resin.
- Apply the epoxy to the desired substrate (working time: 30–60 minutes at 20°C).
- Allow the UV-resistant epoxy to cure for approximately 12–18 hours before handling. Please note that the epoxy will only reach its full cure after 3–5 days.
