Kemtex Kemfix NTE 50T polyurethane adhesive belongs to the latest generation of PU adhesives from Kemtex. This 2-component adhesive is completely VOC-free and contains only harmless emissions, which means that the product does not carry a health hazard symbol (GHS08) on the label. Kemfix NTE 50T is quick to sand, has excellent adhesion to various surfaces and offers a high filling capacity so that it does not sag.

This transparent PU adhesive is very suitable for repairs of headlights and lamp lenses, among other things.

Tip: Kemfix PU glue is also available as Kemfix NTE 90B. This black glue has a processing time of 90 seconds and is suitable for bumper repair, etc.

Instructions for use

The Kemfix PU NTE adhesive system is specifically designed for easy dispensing with a manual application gun. Follow the steps below for proper processing.

Place the opened cartridge in the gun and pump until adhesive flows from both chambers. This ensures proper alignment of the pistons. Then attach the mixing tube to the cartridge.
Pull the trigger at a constant speed to mix both components thoroughly through the mixing tube. It is best not to use the first 25 mm of mixed product, as this may not be properly mixed.
Check the mixture. A properly mixed product has a uniformly clear, creamy, smooth and glossy appearance.
Now process the polyurethane adhesive as desired. After about 3/4 of the working time you will notice that the product is more difficult to come out of the mixing tube. Allow the product to continue flowing through the mixing tube, or replace the mixing tube before continuing to dispense.
This adhesive has a working time of approximately 90 seconds and a clamp time of 5 minutes. After 30 minutes you can sand the surface and after 45 minutes you can paint over it.
