Kemtex Kemfix NTE 90B polyurethane adhesive is part of the latest generation of PU adhesives from Kemtex. This two-component adhesive is completely VOC-free and contains only non-hazardous emissions, which means that the product has no GHS08 health hazard pictogram. Kemfix NTE 90B is easy to sand, has excellent adhesion to various surfaces and offers a high gap-filling capacity, which means that it does not sag.
With a working time of only 90 seconds, this black PU adhesive is ideal for repairs to car bumpers, caravans and campers.

Instructions for use
The Kemfix PU NTE adhesive system is specifically designed for easy dispensing with a manual application gun. Follow the steps below for proper processing.
- Place the opened cartridge in the gun and squeeze the trigger until adhesive flows from both chambers. This ensures proper alignment of the pistons. Then attach the mixing tube to the cartridge.
- Operate the trigger at a constant speed to mix both components thoroughly through the mixing tube. The first 25 mm of dispensed material should not be used, as this may not be properly mixed.
- Check the mixting result. A properly mixed product has a uniformly clear, creamy, smooth and glossy appearance.
- Now process the polyurethane adhesive as required. After approximately three-quarters of the working time you will notice that the product becomes more viscous and harder to dispense. Keep the adhesive flowing through the mixing tube, or replace the mixing tube before continuing to dispense.
- This adhesive has a working time of approximately 90 seconds and a clamp time of 5 minutes. After 10 minutes you can sand the surface and after 15 minutes you can paint over it.
