Non-perforated release film
- For prepreg
- As vacuum film
- As mould coating
Non-perforated release film (NP) is a flexible and strong polyolefin release film with very high elongation. The film has no perforations and is used where release without resin bleed-through is required. The film prevents resin from adhering to the surface, allowing the cured laminate to be easily separated from the film. This makes the product suitable as a release medium for a wide range of composite applications, both on laminates and on (temporary) moulds where controlled release is required. Thanks to its high flexibility and elongation, the film is easy to handle, even around smaller and more complex shapes.
The film can also be used as a thin vacuum film. The combination of flexibility, strength and high elongation makes this release film particularly suitable for smaller objects and laminates.
