Yachtcare Epoxy Fiber Filler is a universal, solvent free, 2-component fine filler based on epoxy and compounded with special fibres. The grey-coloured putty is waterproof and can be employed above or below the water on alle surfaces sealed with any kind of epoxy primer. This makes the filler appropriate for the maritime industry.

Instructions for use
Yachtcare Epoxy Fiber Filler is very easy to use. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, grease-free and free of dirt before you start filling. Also remove loose or poorly adhering parts. Mix the base and hardener in the specified mixing ratio of 2:1 parts by weight. Mix until a homogeneous, light grey colour is obtained. We recommend making only a quantity that you can process within 15 minutes. Apply a maximum of 2 cm of putty per layer. Is a higher layer thickness desired? Then sand the last layer first before applying a new layer of putty. The maximum overpainting time between 2 layers of putty should not exceed 24 hours (+20°C).
The minimum processing temperature of Yachtcare Epoxy Fiber Filler is 10°C. After mixing, it must be processed within 30 minutes at an ambient temperature of 20°C. You can accelerate the curing of the applied product if desired by adding heat to a maximum of 60°C.
