KantStik Sealer 1.0 is a second-generation, high-quality polymer coating that seals mould surfaces and forms a hard, chemically resistant protective layer. The sealer fills microscopic pores and irregularities in new or refurbished moulds, ensuring optimal gloss, a smooth surface, and accurate reproduction of the finished product.
Application
KantStik Sealer 1.0 is highly recommended for use before applying paste waxes such as Honey Wax.

Directions for use
- Thoroughly clean the mould surface of oil, grease, dirt, or previous release agents. Ensure the surface is completely dry.
- Apply KantStik Sealer 1.0 with a clean cotton cloth in a back-and-forth motion.
- Allow to penetrate for 15–30 seconds, then buff the surface to a high gloss using a clean cotton cloth or microfibre cloth.
- Cover the entire surface, slightly overlapping areas.
- Apply a second coat perpendicular to the first. Allow to cure for 60 minutes before applying the release agent.
