Tec7 Galvatech Zinc Spray is a high-quality metal spray with zinc powder for cold galvanization of all metals. Thanks to its very high zinc content (95%), the metal spray provides durable, conductive, and cathodic protection comparable to hot-dip galvanizing. Galvatech is therefore highly suitable for repairing damaged galvanized surfaces, weld seams and cut edges.
What is zinc spray and what is it used for?
Zinc spray is a sprayable coating with a high zinc content that protects metals against rust and corrosion. It works through cathodic protection, meaning the zinc actively protects the underlying metal layer. Zinc spray is commonly used for:
- Repairing damaged galvanized surfaces.
- Protection of weld seams and cut edges.
- Metal constructions, fences, machinery, and vehicles.
- Indoor and outdoor applications where long-lasting rust protection is required.

Directions for use of Tec7 Galvatech
Follow the instructions below to apply the zinc spray correctly:
- Sand first if necessary.
- After releasing the mixing ball, shake well before use.
- Apply from ± 30 cm on a clean, dry and rust-free surface.
- 2 thin layers give the best results.
- After use, empty the nozzle, spraying with the can upside down.
