With this repair kit you can easily repair a small damage in a cultured marble object yourself in 15 minutes. This way, you do not need to hire a repairman and you save costs and time, as you will have the repair done within 15 minutes! Faux marble is also called mineral marble, gel coating or cast marble. The repair kit for artificial marble is perfect for carrying out minor repairs. For example, you can use this repair set well to repair cracks, deep scratches, pits or nicks in artificial marble sinks, shower trays and baths.
The 1 gram set high gloss mineral marble is a repair set specifically for acrylic and comes in the most common colour RAL 9010 (off-white). The unevenness is repaired almost invisibly.
Instructions for use
Degrease the damage with spirit or thinner and tape the area around it with painter's tape (not included in the set). If sharp edges occur, sand them down with P1200 sandpaper (included). Put on the gloves and fill the measuring cup halfway with the repair paste and add three drops of Trignonox liquid. Mix carefully and fill the damage. Smooth it flat, over the painter's tape and remove the tape immediately after. Let it harden for three hours and carefully sand the surface with water and P1200 sandpaper. When the damage is no longer perceptible, it can be sanded with P2000 sandpaper. Then you can polish it with the polishing paste and polishing cloth high-gloss.
