Looking for a structural adhesive that is incredibly strong and cures exceptionally fast? Weld Mount AT-2010 is a high-performance two-part methacrylate adhesive (MMA) specifically developed for the structural bonding of a wide range of plastics, metals and composites. Thanks to its high viscosity, the adhesive stays exactly where it is applied without sagging, allowing Weld Mount fasteners to be positioned with ease.
What truly sets AT-2010 apart is its exceptional speed. With a working time of just 3 to 4 minutes and a fixture time of only 5 minutes, it is the ideal adhesive for demanding production schedules. An impressive 75% of its ultimate bond strength is achieved within just 15 to 20 minutes. In addition, this adhesive performs exceptionally well in challenging environments. It withstands extreme temperature fluctuations (from -54°C to 121°C) and offers excellent chemical resistance.
