Product description

RESION fine Polyester putty is a very fine polyester based finishing putty. This 2-component putty is designed to finish surfaces, fill small holes and smooth out unevenness. Unlike traditional polyester putties, fine polyester putty offers the possibility of a sleek surface finish. Moreover, this type of putty features fast curing and is easy to sand.

The polyester finishing filler adheres to surfaces such as polyester, wood, concrete, metal, glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP), and other fillers. With the standard included BPO hardener and small spatula, the filler is ready to use straight away.

Processing

Dry, dust and degrease the surface. Mix the base component of the fine polyester filler with approximately 3% of the supplied hardener. Mix the filler on a filler mixing board and process it with a putty knife or a Japanese spatula. Pot life is approximately 5 to 15 minutes at a temperature of 20°C.

Tip: clean your tools after the job with thinner or Safeco after applying the putty (before the it hardens).
