AquaPur Flex Concrete Injection

AquaPur Flex is a professional, flexible PU injection resin designed to stop water leaks in concrete. This hydro-reactive polyurethane concrete injection resin reacts with water and expands to form a waterproof, flexible PU foam. It is ideal for sealing cracks, joints and voids in concrete structures where movement may occur.

Thanks to its permanent elasticity, AquaPur Flex is particularly suitable for applications where rigid injection materials are insufficient. AquaPur Flex is supplied as a 2-component system (resin + accelerator), but can be processed using standard 1-component PU injection equipment.

Directions for use

• Cracks and joints must be free of dust and loose particles.
• The presence of water in the crack is essential for proper foaming.
• Inject using suitable PU injection equipment.
• Place injection packers at 20–30 cm intervals.
• For vertical cracks, always inject from bottom to top.
• Clean equipment immediately after use with machine oil or a suitable solvent.

Packaging

Rayston AquaPur Flex injection grout is available as a complete 26 kg set (25 kg component A + 1 kg component B), ideal for smaller injection works. For larger concrete injection projects, AquaPur Flex is also available in 200 kg drums (component A) and 20 kg cans (component B). These are sold separately and not supplied as a set.
