Instructions - Repairing a roof penetration

• Clean the surface thoroughly so it is dry and free from grease. Remove any loose parts, dust and dirt.
• Stir the Roofing MAX B1K well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
• Allow the product to rest briefly so that any air bubbles can escape. Dilution is not necessary.
• Apply a thin layer of Roofing MAX B1K around the roof penetration using the supplied brush. Ensure the surface is well covered.
• Immediately place the glass mat into the wet layer and press it down gently so it becomes fully saturated. Overlap the glass mat by about 10 cm if multiple strips are used.
• Remove air bubbles with the brush and allow the layer to cure for 24 hours.
• If necessary, apply a second layer.

Under normal conditions, the surface will be dry after approximately 4 hours. Clean used tools immediately with acetone. Once opened, Impermax has a shelf life of approximately 6 months when stored in a sealed container.
