Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme
- Liquid roofing (2K)
- Fast curing
- Long-term colour retention
Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme is a two-component liquid roofing system based on polyurea, specifically developed for professional applicators. This solvent-free coating forms, after curing, a seamless, elastic and waterproof system with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.
Thanks to its fast curing time (rain-resistant after approximately 2 hours), high tear strength and ease of application, this product is ideal for projects where speed and reliability are essential. The coating can also be applied in a single thick layer, saving time and labour.
Thanks to its unique composition with 90% aliphatic content, this system offers exceptionally long durability, high colour retention and outstanding performance under demanding conditions. This cold-applied polyurea combines the benefits of traditional sprayed polyurea with the convenience of manual application, making it ideal for demanding projects where speed, reliability, and durability are essential.
Benefits of Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme
- Seamless and fully waterproof.
- Fast curing (rain-resistant after approx. 2 hours).
- Highly elastic (elongation > 950%) and crack-bridging.
- Excellent adhesion to various substrates.
- High mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.
- Composed of 90% aliphatic components, ensuring long-term colour retention.
- Self-levelling and suitable for thick-layer application, saving time and labour.
Applications
Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme is suitable for various professional applications, including:
- Flat and pitched roofs.
- Terraces and balconies.
- Car park decks and walkways.
- Renovation of existing roofing systems (bitumen, EPDM, PVC).
Directions for use
Follow the instructions below to correctly apply Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme. Always refer to the technical documentation:
- Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, level and structurally sound. Remove dust, grease and loose particles, and repair cracks beforehand.
- Use a suitable primer if required (depending on the substrate).
- Bring the product to the correct temperature (approx. 15–20°C).
- Mix Component A and Component B using a mixing paddle. Always use the complete set.
- Pour the material onto the substrate and spread it using a squeegee or trowel (working time is approx. 30 minutes).
- Deaerate the surface using a spiked roller (within 10 minutes).
- Consumption: approx. 2 kg/m² per layer for the correct thickness.
- Apply a second coat within 24 hours.
- Allow the polyurea to cure sufficiently. The surface is rain-resistant after 2 hours and walkable after 24 hours. Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme is fully cured after 5–6 days.
