Product description
The Froth-Pak heating jacket is designed to heat Froth-Pak cilinders to the ideal temperature quickly and efficiently so the material can be sprayed without problems. The heating jacket is suitable for heating two Froth-Pak 180 cylinders (the 400 litre version) or one Froth-Pak 600 cylinder (the 1400 litre version).
These heating jackets have an output of 60 watts, making them hassle-free to use in the car when connected to a 12v to 230v inverter.
Why is a heating jacket important?
For Froth-Pak to function properly with maximum efficiency, it is necessary to preheat the cylinders properly. Make sure that the temperature of the cylinders is between 24°C and 40°C. Is the temperature too low? Then pipes can become blocked, resulting in lower quality PUR foam or even the material not hardening. Therefore, always use a Froth-Pak heating jacket, also during summer.
Start preheating in time, as it can take some time for the contents to reach the correct temperature. We recommend switching on the heating jacket at least one day in advance.
