Froth-Pak

Polyurethane foam

Froth-Pak is available in different packages. You can choose a suitable mini pack for small insulation jobs, as well as large packages for big insulation projects.

Auxiliary materials

To use Froth-Pak properly, we recommend the following auxiliary materials:

Heating jacket
Special heating jacket to warm Froth-Pak cylinders for optimal yield.

Extra nozzles
We advise always having enough nozzles on hand when working with Froth-Pak. Each nozzle has its own properties. Always choose the right nozzle for your insulation project.

Hose set
Required Froth-Pak hose set for processing PU fosam in large cylinders. The hose set includes an application gun and 10 standard nozzles.

Vaseline spray
Use vaseline spray to extend the lifespan of the spay gun.

PU Cleaner
With PU Cleaner you can easily remove uncured PU foam and clean the application gun.

PU safety set
Complete safety set with all personal protective equipment to handle Froth-Pak safely.

Insulating

Froth-Pak is a thermal insulator suitable for cold, heat, and cryogenic insulation. It has a very high insulation value (lambda value 0.021), which is higher than comparable polyurethane foams.
Waterproof

Froth-Pak PU foam has a closed cell structure, does not absorb water, and is resistant to mold growth.
Airtight

Froth-Pak PU foam is a two-component PUR foam with closed cells, providing perfect airtightness.
