Mirka's pad savers are designed to protect the backing pads of youy Mirka sander from wear and tear. Especially when using very open sandpaper, such as Mirka Abranet Ace, the Velcro on the backing pad can wear out quickly. The affordable protective pads from Mirka help prevent this wear! The pads have a Velcro connection and are available in different sizes that fit the most common sanders. This makes the pad savers not only suitable for Mirka sanders, but also for other brands.
We advise you to change the Pad Savers regularly to extend the life of the backing pad.
