Dr. Schutz Clean & Strip Base Cleaner R is a gentle specialized alkaline-based cleaner with strong dissolving power, designed to tackle tough dirt and residues on epoxy and polyurethane (PU) floor systems. This cleaning product is ideal for newly installed floors, periodic intensive maintenance and the removal of stubborn dirt.
The basic cleaner effectively removes residues of old maintenance products, stubborn dirt, and sticky (adhesive) residues without damaging the floor system. Thanks to its mild alkaline formulation, the cleaner is gentle on the floor and suitable for both intensive cleaning and preparatory work.

Directions for use
Basic cleaning
Dilute Dr. Schutz Base Cleaner R with water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10. Spread the cleaning solution over the floor and allow it to work for approximately 10 minutes (do not allow it to dry). Scrub the floor and remove the loosened dirt. Mop afterwards with clean water.
Intensive cleaning (removal of construction dirt)
Use the product undiluted or dilute up to 1:3, depending on the level of soiling and the existing maintenance layer. Allow to work for 15–20 minutes. Remove dirt mechanically and rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water.
