Variopox Finishing Filler T5 is a two-component filler based on an epoxy resin with fine fillers. This filler can be used from 5°C and is suitable for filling holes and unevennesses for application above and below the waterline.
Variopox Finishing Filler T5 is the ideal product to finish surfaces treated with Variopox putty or Variopox LG putty. In addition, this Variopox filler has excellent adhesion to IJmopox ZF primer HB coating and epoxy fillers.

Gebruiksinstructies
Follow the instructions below to correctly apply the Variopox Finishing Filler T5:
- Degrease the surface after cleaning, degrease and sand it after cleaning with Double Coat degreaser.
- Unscrew the cap of the tube and place it in a caulking gun.
- Squeeze the first bit out of the tube and throw it away.
- Dose the desired amount of filler. Check during dosing whether both components come out of the tube evenly.
- Mix the two components thoroughly on a flat surface (for example a filler board) until an even colour is achieved.
- Apply the filler as desired with a putty knife or putty rubber and smooth the surface as smoothly as possible to avoid additional sanding.
- Let the filler dry for 4 hours at 20°C.
- Sand the surface with sandpaper P120 grit sandpaper before applying the next layer of filler or a finishing layer (such as IJmopox HB coating).
For minor repairs above the waterline, you can sand the surface after 24 hours of drying time and immediately apply a first coat of Double Coat DD paint.
