XealPro combines the professional attributes of Tec7 with excellent ease-of-use. XealPro adheres perfectly to almost all building materials and can be used safely on a wide range of substrates like natural stone, mirrors, sanitary ware, kitchen worktops, swimming pools, etc. The sealant is fully CE-certified for all these applications. This new generation sealant is based on environmentally friendly technology. Unlike previous generations of silicone products, XealPro is free of known harmful substances. It is an entirely MEKO-free, silicone sealant.

Directions for use
- Application temperature: between +5°C and +40°C.
- Apply onto a clean, dry and stable substrate.
- If necessary, clean with Tec7 Cleaner and/or Multiclean.
Apply with a manual or pneumatic caulking gun (best with a telescopic plunger). Test the adhesion to plastics, powder coatings, exotic woods, bluestone and bituminous materials. Start by strengthening weak and/or porous substrates with Tec7 Poxy Primer. Use Tec7 Cleaner for safe cleaning and degreasing, for removing uncured Tec7 products and for a perfect finish. Use Tec7 HP Clean for the finishing on porous materials. Not paintable and not suitable for aquariums.
Applications
Tec7 XealPro has a very wide range of applications and is suitable for:
- Universal and durable sealant, for virtually all substrates and materials.
- Sealant for concrete, masonry, tiles, borders, windowsills, worktops, countertops, lintels, door sills and slabs.
- Sanitary sealant for mould-resistant joint sealing in sanitary facilities and wet rooms; also on acrylic baths.
- Fungus- and bacteria-resistant: ideal for air ducts and HVAC.
- Glazing sealant for top and bead sealing of single, insulating and laminated glass.
- Building mastic sealant for connection and expansion joints in construction and industry applications.
- Adhesive sealant for mirrors.
- Repair sealant for repairing old silicone joints.
- Swimming pool sealant.
- Sealing of façade and structural elements such as façades, shopfronts, casings, windows, panels, prefabricated elements, etc.
- ISEGA food contact approval: suitable for use in the food industry.
