Pre-coloured topcoat (ISO-NPG)

- Available in all RAL colours
- Cures tack-free
- ISO-NPG quality
RESION topcoat is an ISO-NPG polyester topcoat available in all RAL colours. The top coating is suitable for finishing polyester products and, thanks to its ISO-NPG quality, is particularly well-suited for boat repairs and yacht building. RESION topcoat provides a satin finish with a light texture. If desired, the polyester topcoat can be sanded smooth and polished to a high gloss.
The polyester coating is highly resistant to water, chemicals and temperature, making it exceptionally suitable for boats and ponds. For swimming pools we recommend the special swimming pool topcoat, which is highly resistant to chlorinated water and available in various shades of blue.
ISO-NPG topcoat
RESION topcoat is premium ISO-NPG quality. The benefits of an ISO-NPG certified topcoat include increased colour retention, gloss level and chemical resistance. In addition, an ISO-NPG coating is more resistant to UV radiation, water and high temperatures.

How to process polyester topcoat
Lightly sand the polyester surface and clean it with acetone. Then add 2% hardener and mix the polyester topcoat well. When working with topcoat, always use latex gloves and a fume mask. After the topcoat is mixed well, the processing time is 20 minutes at room temperature. Now apply the topcoat with a fleece paint roller and use a paint brush for hard-to-reach areas. Then let the topcoat cure.
