The Weld Mount AT-5 Large Tie Mount allows you to easily secure wiring harnesses, hoses and other components using a cable tie. It is ideal for neatly organising wiring and water lines on board boats, but is equally suitable for use in cars, motorhomes and caravans. Proper fastening helps prevent wear, vibration and potential failures.
The Weld Mount AT-5 Large Tie Mount has been specifically designed to be pressed directly into wet resin during the laminating process. It can also be bonded using Weld Mount MMA Adhesive or a high-strength adhesive such as Tec7 Adhesive Sealant. Thanks to its size, the mount is suitable for cable ties up to 8 mm wide.
The tie mount offers high mechanical strength and is resistant to prolonged exposure to moisture and water. This makes it suitable for use in damp environments and even submerged applications, such as in a boat bilge. The maximum working load is approximately 75 kg, while the breaking strength is around 400 kg.
