Farécla Profile 200 Select (Liquid Compound)

Farécla Profile 200 Select is a coarse cut liquid compound developed for use on gelcoat. The polish eliminates scratches, bumps and contaminants from the surface. In addition, the coarse polish removes abrasive scratches of P800 (and finer) from the gelcoat surface and gives a nice sheen.

Profile 200 Select is ideally suited for polishing boats or caravans. In addition, this Farécla polish can be used on painted surfaces, such as car paint.

Which polishing pad do I need?

You can easily use the Farécla Profile 200 Select in combination with one of the polishing pads below. These pads are especially suitable for working with coarse polishing compounds.

Directions for use

Profile 200 Select is suitable for both machine (recommended) and manual application. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and cool to the touch.
2. Shake bottle well before use.
3. Apply a small amount of product to the applicator.
4. Spread over the surface and polish (speed depends on applicator used).
5. Machine polish at a high number of revolutions. 
6. Hold the polishing pad flat on the surface and let the machine do the work.
7. Rub the surface with a polishing cloth.
8. Protect the polished surface with Farécla Profile Polymer UV Wax (by machine) or Profile UV Wax (by hand).

If needed, before polishing, sand up to:

• P800 or finer (polyester resin or gelcoat)
• P1000 or finer (vinylester resin, epoxy resin or gelcoat)
