A fibre disc is ideal for precision sanding of gelcoat, topcoat and polyester laminate. It is highly suitable for boat repairs and other applications where a smooth finish is required.
Fibre disc applications
These durable discs have a diameter of 115 mm and fit virtually all angle grinders with an M14 spindle. Always use a suitable backing pad to attach the fibre disc to the machine.
- P24 grit: suitable for bevelling repair areas.
- P36 grit: suitable for grinding out gelcoat and topcoat.
