BILTEC vacuum pump for venting casting resins, for vacuum injection (Resin Infusion), for drying materials such as mobile phones, making essential oils, and numerous other applications!
This low-noise vacuum pump is easy to use. The pumps are equipped with a high-quality motor with copper windings and thermal protection. The vacuum pump is suitable for long-term use and becomes lukewarm during use.
To prevent oil mist, the vacuum pump is fitted with a large-sized oil filter on the outlet.

Instructions for use
Follow the instructions below to use the vacuum pump and watch the video. The full manual can be found under the 'Documents' tab.
Before use:
- Fill the pump with the supplied oil until it reaches halfway up the sight glass.
- Check that the hose barb is properly secured and the rubber ring is present.
- Connect the pump to your project in an airtight manner.
During use:
- Switch on the pump using the switch on the back.
- The pump will initially make a rattling sound, which will change to a humming noise once vacuum is achieved (this may take a few minutes).
- The pump housing may become warm; this is not a problem for the pump.
- Monitor the oil level and top up if necessary.
