The BILTEC vacuum pump with manometer is versatile and ideal for a wide range of applications. Use the pump, for example, to degas casting resins, perform vacuum infusion (Resin Infusion), dry materials such as mobile phones, produce essential oils, and much more.
BILTEC vacuum pumps are user-friendly, quiet in operation, and reliable. Thanks to the built-in vacuum gauge, you can monitor the achieved pressure accurately, while the electrically controlled valve ensures that no air enters the workpiece when the pump is switched off.

Directions for use
Follow the instructions below to use the vacuum pump and watch the video. The full manual can be found under the “Documents” tab.
- Fill the pump with the supplied oil up to the middle of the sight glass.
- Check that the hose barb is securely attached and that the rubber ring is in place.
- Connect the pump to your project, ensuring a leak-free connection.
- Switch the pump on using the rear power switch.
- While the vacuum is building, the pump may make a rattling noise, which will change to a humming sound once the vacuum is reached (this may take a few minutes).
- The pump housing may become warm; this does not affect the pump’s operation.
- Keep an eye on the oil level and top up if necessary.
