RESION Polyaspartic floor coating (RAL 7035)
- Install floor coating in one day
- Non-yellowing
- Available in RAL colours
With this fast-curing polyaspartic floor coating, you can apply a beautiful coating at lightning speed. This floor coating, based on aliphatic Polyaspartic, has a very fast curing time, making the floor walkable and paintable after just 3 hours. Unlike other floor systems, it is therefore possible to apply several layers in one day. Ideal when the room cannot remain unused for a long time. In addition, this Poylaspartic floor covering is characterised by its high UV resistance, making it ideal for outdoor applications, for example on a balcony or terrace.
Benefits of RESION Polyaspartic floor coating
Polyaspartic floor coating has great features. We have listed the most important ones for you:
- Fast drying formula: an important feature of Polyaspartic floor coating is its fast curing. The coating can be walked on and overcoated after just 3 hours. This means you can apply multiple layers in one day.
-
Highly durable against UV radiation: this aliphatic floor coating is highly resistant to UV radiation, meaning it does not yellow and retains its gloss. This makes the transparent floor coating ideal for outdoor use, such as on balconies and terraces.
- Resistant to plasticisers: Polyaspartic floor coating is highly resistant to plasticisers, making the coating ideal for use in garages that are subjected to light to medium loads.
- Solvent-free: Polyaspartic floor coating is free of solvents, making it safe to use.
- Easy to clean: once the floor has cured, you can clean it very easily.

Instructions for use
Before you start, it is important that the substrate is pretreated with RESION WB Floor Primer. Then follow the instructions below to process RESION Polyaspartic correctly:
- Open component A and mix it well with a spiral mixer, because the pigment can sink to the bottom.
- Pour component B into component A and mix it well again until a homogeneous mass is formed. Make sure that you also mix the edges and bottom of the packaging well.
- Pour the mixture into a clean bucket and mix well again.
- Apply the polyaspartic coating with a roller or trowel. Due to the short processing time, it is recommended not to mix more product than you can process in 15 minutes.
- Optionally, sprinkle a generous amount of decorative anti-slip granules on the floor. After hardening, you can easily remove excess granules. Then finish the floor with a transparent layer of Polyaspartic.
- The cure time is highly dependent on the ambient conditions. The higher the temperature, the faster the product hardens. At a temperature of 25°C and humidity of 25%, the coating can be walked on after 1 hour.
Dew point: also watch out for condensation. The temperature of the substrate and the uncured material must be at least 3ºC higher than the dew point to prevent the risk of condensation or whitening of the finish.
