RESION Polyaspartic floor coating (clear)
- Fast curing floor coating
- Non-yellowing
- For outdoor applications
Apply foor coating in juist one day? With this fast-curing polyaspartic floor coating, you can apply a beautiful coating at lightning speed. This floor coating, based on aliphatic Polyaspartic, has a very fast curing time, making the floor walkable and paintable after just 3 hours. Unlike other floor systems, it is therefore possible to apply apply multiple coats in one day. Ideal when the room cannot remain unused for a long time. In addition, this Poylaspartic flooring is characterised by its high UV resistance, making it ideal for outdoor applications, for example on a balcony or terrace.
Benefits of RESION Polyaspartic floor coating
Polyaspartic flooring offers several benefits. We have listed the most important features:
- Fast drying formula: one of the main features of a polyaspartic floor covering is its fast curing. The coating an be walked on and overcoated after just 3 hours. This allows you to apply multiple coats in one day.
-
Highly durable against UV radiation: this aliphatic floor coating is highly resistant to UV radiation, so it does not yellow and retains its shine. This transparent floor covering is therefore ideal for outdoor use, for example on balconies and terraces.
- Resistant to plasticisers: Polyaspartic has good resistance to plasticisers, making it ideal for use in garages with light to medium loads.
- Solvent-free: Polyaspartic is solvent-free, making it safe to use.
- Easy to clean: once cured, the floor can be cleaned very easily.

Instructions for use
Before you start, it is important that the substrate is pretreated with RESION WB Floor Primer. Follow our instructions below to properly process our RESION Polyaspartic:
- Open component A and mix it well using a spiral mixer, as the pigment may sink to the bottom.
- Pour component B into component A and mix well again until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Make sure to include the sides and bottom of the container during mixing.
- Pour the mixture into a clean bucket and mix well again.
- Apply the polyaspartic coating using a roller or trowel. Due to the short processing time, it is recommended not to produce more product than can be processed in 15 minutes.
- Optionally sprinkle the floor with a generous amount of decorative anti-slip granules. Once cured, you can easily remove the excess granules. Then finish the floor with a clear coat of Polyaspartic.
- Curing time depends heavily on ambient conditions. The higher the temperature, the faster the product cures. At a temperature of 25°C and an air humidity of 25%, the coating is walkable after 1 hour.
Processing conditions: for optimal results, the desired processing conditions must be strictly adhered to. Ensure that the substrate and ambient temperature are between 10°C and 25°C. During curing, the humidity should not exceed 80% RH. While the product is curing, ensure sufficient fresh air ventilation to remove excess moisture. If the air is saturated, the film will NOT be able to dry.
Dew point: also be aware of condensation. The temperature of the substrate and uncured material must be at least 3°C above the dew point to avoid the risk of condensation or whitening of the finish.
