International Thinner No.3 is a suitable thinner for antifouling, underwater paint and other special paint systems. The thinner is also perfect for diluting International Primocon Primer and for cleaning equipment. Finally, this thinner can also be used to aid with the spray application of International's 1-component varnishes and topcoats.
