Yachtcare Multi Primer is a universal epoxy primer in aerosol form, designed to provide optimal adhesion on a wide range of substrates such as polyester, steel, aluminium and wood. This fast-drying primer is suitable for both above and below the waterline and forms the perfect base for antifouling, paints and other coatings.
The primer fills small imperfections, is easy to sand and ensures a smooth and durable finish. Thanks to its excellent water resistance, this product is particularly suitable as an adhesion promoter for applying antifouling to propellers, drives, outboard motors, etc. It is also suitable for spot repair on individual components.

Applications
Yachtcare Multi Primer is suitable for, among other applications:
- Pre-treatment for antifouling coatings.
- Coating of propellers and other metal components.
- Spot repairs and restoration of minor paint damage.
- Primer layer on polyester (GRP), steel, aluminium, and wood.
- Maintenance and repair of boats.
Directions for use
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease. Lightly sand the surface to achieve optimal adhesion and remove any dust and debris.
Shake the aerosol can thoroughly for at least 2 minutes. First apply a thin bonding coat, followed by a full covering coat from a distance of 20–30 cm.
Allow approximately 7 minutes drying time between coats (at 20°C). The primer is fully dry and can be overcoated after approximately 60 minutes.
Apply preferably at temperatures above 15°C and avoid direct sunlight. Always ensure good ventilation during application.
