GLOO ARS1217 is a two-component epoxy-based self-leveling adhesive. This alternative to Araldite 2014 has a 2:1 mix ratio and offers a long pot life. GLOO ARS1217 is ideal for bonding metals (under heat curing conditions) as well as plastics.

Applications
GLOO ARS1217 is suitable for bonding the following materials:
- Ferrous metals, as well as aluminium, copper, zinc and galvanised products.
- Glass fibre reinforced plastics and epoxy resins.
- Fibre reinforced polyester.
- Thermosetting composites.
- Ceramic materials.
- Wood.
Directions for use
Before bonding, it is important that the surface is dry, grease-free and dust-free. If needed, you can sand the surface with P40-P280 sandpaper. Remove dust and degrease again. Use gloves to minimise skin contact. Remove the cartridge cap and dispense a small amount of adhesive to be sure both components flow evenly. Close the cartridge immediately after use. The adhesive can be sanded, painted, etc. after approximately 30 minutes.
