Sikaflex-252 is an elastic, one-component polyurethane adhesive (PU) for bonding large assembly components that are exposed to dynamic loads. The adhesive cures through reaction with atmospheric moisture and has good non-sag properties.
Thanks to its elastic properties, Sikaflex-252 can withstand high dynamic stresses while simultaneously dampening vibrations. The structural adhesive has excellent gap-filling properties and adheres to a wide range of substrates, including wood, metals, aluminium, coated steel, ceramic materials and plastics.
Sikaflex-252 is suitable for applications including vehicle manufacturing, bodywork construction and general assembly where a strong and elastic adhesive bond is required.
