Tec7 Fixprimer is the epoxy primer for porous substrates. This 2-component epoxy adhesive primer is suitable for protecting and treating wood, stone and various metals. Tec7 primer improves, and reinforces substrates and penetrates directly into porous substrates.
Fixprimer is the ideal adhesive primer for bonding and sealing with Adhesive sealant, Rock and 2K-Mix on porous substrates.

Instructions for use
Tec7 Fixprimer is easy to use. Follow the steps below for optimum results:
- Pour the hardener (component B) completely into the resin (component A). Shake thoroughly until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a new mixing cup and mix well again.
- Apply on a clean, dry and stable surface. Can be processed for 30 minutes after mixing.
- If necessary, apply a second coat after 1 hour (on porous materials)
- Allow the primer to cure for at least 12 hours after application.
Are you using part of the package? Then use the supplied measuring cup and mix the epoxy according to the mixing ratio: 7 parts A and 3 parts B.
Applications
- Ideal adhesive primer for bonding and sealing with Tec7, Trans, Rock, Mix and 2K-Mix on porous substrates such as stucco, expansion joints, facade plastering, fast building block, wood, Gyproc, natural stone etc.
- Protects against all kinds of external influences, including e.g. chemicals, sea air, urine in stalls etc.
- Making concrete floors dust-free and watertight.
- Protects metal against rust formation. After the removal of loose parts, Fixprimer may be applied directly onto the rust (anchors and positions rust with the healthy material).
- Protection of rebar in concrete structures which are affected by concrete decay.
