Impermax B1K is a high performance liquid applied roofing system. It consists of a 1-component polyurethane bitumen with solvents which creates a seamless waterproof membrane.
This liquid roofing material adheres completely to the surface, so you do not need to nail, burn or glue the material. In addition, in case of leakage, no water can pass under the membrane, making it easy to locate and repair leaks. Impermax liquid roofing is easy to process and is dry within 4 hours.
This product is suitable for new construction, repair and renovation.

Applications
This product is mainly used for waterproofing and air-sealing outdoor constructions with little or no foot traffic. Examples are:
- Balconies, terraces.
- Flooring with light pedestrian traffic.
- Basement.
- Asphalt, EPDM and PVS trim.
- Roof.
- Flashing (details of waterproofing project with bituminous membrane)
Instructions for use
This liquid roofing material is ready to use straight from the bucket. You can mix the material with a spiral mixer on a drilling machine (this is not possible by hand). Dilution is not necessary. The liquid roofing material is suitable for use as a 1 or 2 layer system:
1-layer system
Impermax B1K is suitable for use as 1-layer system over existing roofing membranes such as bitumen, EPDM, PVC and asphalt (consumption: 1,6kg/m2).
2-layer system
The liquid roofing membrane is, in combination with polyester fleece, also suitable as complete roofing system (consumption: 2.5kg/m2).
