Product description

High-quality NPG topcoat is specially developed for swimming pools. It contains pigments that are more resistant to the effects of chlorinated water, ensuring that the colour remains vibrant for a long time. The NPG polyester topcoat is available in popular colours commonly used for pools.

Whether you want to finish a new pool or renovate an existing polyester pool, this topcoat provides a perfect solution. For renovations, first sand the surface with P60 grit, degrease thoroughly, and then apply the topcoat. The finish of this product is semi-gloss with a light, subtle texture.

This polyester topcoat is also suitable for use in making a hot tub.

Features of the NPG topcoat

  • Slightly thixotropic; prevents sagging on vertical surfaces.
  • Pre-accelerated.
  • Fast curing.
  • Good coverage and filling capacity.
  • Dries tack-free.
  • High resistance to chemicals, including chlorine.

Available colours

This topcoat is available in the colours below. These are the most common colours for a swimming pool:

  • YT 653 - Azure blue
  • YT 7945 - Sky blue
  • RAL 1013 - Oyster white
  • RAL 6010 - Grass green
  • RAL 6013 - Reed green
  • RAL 7016 - Anthracite grey

Do you have a specific colour preference? Use the colour selector to choose your desired shade.

Please note: not all colours have been extensively tested for colour retention under prolonged exposure to chlorinated water and UV radiation. For long-lasting colour results, we recommend choosing standard colours such as pool blue, azure blue, or white. These colours are the most commonly used and have proven to perform best in practice.
