Aqua Cast is an eco-friendly acrylic resin that you can easily process in combination with water. Through a unique formula, acrylic polymer additives are fused into one ground-breaking powder. All the properties of a traditional acrylic remain the same. Aqua Cast therefore hardens rock-hard, is easy to use and cures at lightning speed.
With Aqua Cast, you can make beautiful plaster-look figurines, coasters, jewellery and beautiful art. You can compare this product with Acrystal, Porcelain Plaster, Acrylic One and Jesmonite.

Instructions for use of Aqua-Cast
Aqua Cast polymer is easy to use. To do so, follow the following steps:
- Weigh the desired amount of Aqua Cast powder on a (digital) scale.
- Then weigh the right amount of water according to the mixing ratio (100:35, 100 grams of powder and 35 ml of water).
- Slowly add the powder to the water and mix well for 2-4 minutes until lump free.
- Pour the mixture directly into the desired silicone mould and tap/shake the mould to remove any air bubbles.
- Allow to harden for 60-90 minutes before removing from the mould.
- After 1-2 days, the Aqua Cast is fully cured.
