RESION High Gloss Polish

RESION High Gloss Polish is a powerful, universal polishing compound specially developed for polishing epoxy surfaces, but it also performs excellently on other materials such as polyester topcoat and Double Coat DD lacquer. Thanks to its strong cutting action, only a small amount is required to achieve a deep, high-gloss finish. Moreover, the coarse polishing compound is easy to use, allowing you to achieve professional results quickly.

This polishing compound forms Step 1 of the RESION 2-step polishing system. After polishing with High Gloss Polish, apply RESION High Gloss Wax in Step 2 for additional gloss and protection.

Directions for use

Follow the instructions below to apply the RESION polishing compound correctly:

1. Apply 2–3 drops of polishing compound to a medium polishing pad (white) with a diameter of Ø77 mm. Use 3–4 pea-sized drops for larger polishing pads of Ø125 or Ø150 mm.
2. Lightly moisten the surface.
3. Start polishing at a low speed. Once the compound no longer splashes, increase the speed.
4. Work in sections of approx. 40 × 40 cm, using a crosswise pattern (left–right, up–down), for about 1 minute per section.
5. Increase the speed again and finish polishing the area.
