High temperature sealant tape
- High adhesion
- High temperature resistance
- Easy to apply
Sealant Tape (tack tape) is a double-sided tape specially developed for vacuum applications. The tape provides a strong, airtight seal between the vacuum bagging film and the mould or substrate. It is also highly suitable for creating airtight seals where hoses pass through the vacuum bagging film. The tape maintains good adhesion even during temperature fluctuations and withstands high temperatures of up to 200 °C.
Thanks to its strong adhesion, the tape remains securely in place throughout the entire curing process, whether in an oven or autoclave. After use, the tape can be removed easily and cleanly without leaving any residue on the tooling. This makes the product highly suitable for repeated use in production environments.
Benefits of Sealant Tape (for high temperatures)
- Double-sided tape for vacuum sealing.
- Suitable for oven and autoclaves (up to 200 °C).
- Easy to apply and remove.
- Leaves no adhesive residue.
- Adheres well to various films and mould surfaces.
- Ideal for sealing hose feed-throughs under vacuum bagging film.
- Non-hazardous.
Directions for use
