Casting electronics

The demands on today's electronics are increasing and the price you pay for them is also increasing. You therefore want electronics to last as long as possible. To maintain high reliability and longevity, it is best to cast your electronics with Araldite DBF epoxy casting resin. This is called casting resin for 'potting'. With this product you protect all electronics with an electrical resistance of 24 KV/mm from external influences.

Optimal protection of your electronics

This epoxy casting resin for 'potting' is a very good electrical insulator and is therefore extremely suitable for electronics. The epoxy system consists of Araldite DBF epoxy resin which you combine with Araldite Aradur HY 956 AND hardener. The slightly transparent resin is available in a set of 1.2 kg, 6 kg or 30 kg. Casting the electronics is very easy. The processing time is approximately 65 minutes and the curing time is 1 to 2 days. Do you want to cast your electronics with a resin that is exactly the same colour as your as your final product? Then the epoxy casting resin can be coloured with epoxy pigment. For this it is always recommended to use a RAL colour fan. This way you are assured the casting of your electronics is done with exactly the right colour.
