Then choose RESION Deep Pour Epoxy Casting Resin (RESION UV Cast75). This deep-pour epoxy cures slowly and has exceptional clarity, making it ideal for creating stunning epoxy river table or live-edge table.

UV resistant epoxy

The deep cast epoxy resin is highly UV resistant and will therefore not yellow in sunlight. RESION's epoxy casting resin has been extensively tested for this by intensively testing the resin for an extended period in a specially developed UV cabinet. This allows us to guarantee the highest achievable quality and wide applicability.

Note: for outdoor applications, we recommend varnishing the epoxy with transparent DD Paint.

Directions for use

Follow the steps below to process this epoxy resin correctly.

Weighing: weigh the base component (A) and the hardener (B) correctly according to the mixing ratio stated on the packaging (100 parts by weight of resin to 43 parts by weight of hardener).
Mixing: mix the base and hardener thoroughly for 3 minutes. Preferably use a spiral mixer or epoxy mixer for this. Also scrape well along the sides and bottom of the mixing cup!
Processing: process the epoxy resin as desired, for example by pouring it into a mold (the processing time is 180-240 minutes at 20℃).
Curing: allow the UV-resistant epoxy to cure for approximately 10-24 hours after application before it can be handled (please note: the epoxy is only fully cured after 3-7 days).
