Directions for use

Follow the instructions below to process TotalCast correctly:

1. Measure the correct amount of the base component (A) and hardener (B) in a 1:1 ratio (by volume*).
2. Mix for at least 3 minutes, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing cup.
3. Add pigments if desired.
4. Process the epoxy resin as desired, either by pouring or applying with a brush. The working time is approximately 15–20 minutes at room temperature.
5. Remove air bubbles using RESION Bubble Burst or a gas burner.
6. Allow the cast piece to cure properly. The epoxy will be dust-dry in approximately 5 hours and fully cured after 5–7 days.
