Carbon fabric 200 gr/m2 square

- Non pliable
- Square weave
- For straight surfaces
This carbon fabric (carbon) has a square weave structure and is known for its high stiffness and tensile strength. Thanks to these properties, this fabric is widely used in motorsports, aerospace, aircraft construction, yacht construction and model building.
In contrast to carbon fabric twill weave, square weave is not foldable. This makes this type of fabric very suitable for laminating straight surfaces.
Processing carbon fabric square
Carbon fabric is best used when processed in combination with RESION Superclear epoxy resin. The fabric has a resin consumption of approximately 303 gr/m² and gives a layer thickness of 0.42 mm when laminated manually.
Do you want to achieve the best results? Then we recommend using a vacuum technique. However, for most applications this is not necessary.
Resin consumption
