Two-component drip-free epoxy adhesive from Variobond. This epoxy adhesive can be used for bonding various materials such as wood, stone, aluminium, polyester and epoxy laminate and various plastics. In addition, this epoxy adhesive is very suitable for making fillets (hollow frame joints) and to fill holes, repair wood rot etc. The adhesive is also often used as an epoxy filler for wood rot.
This adhesive is available in cans but also in convenient tubes that can be used with a standard caulking gun.

Instructions for using Variobond
*The Variobond dosage mixer from the video is not included and can unfortunately not be ordered. The adhesive can also be used without this accessory.
Properties
Size: 150 ml (tube), 1 kg, 7.5 kg
Colour: maroon (150 ml tube), semi-clear (1 kg, 7.5 kg)
Mixing ratio: 2 parts base, 1 part hardener (by weight)
Yield: approx. 1-3 m2/kg
Pot life: 40 minutes at 20°C (for other temperatures please see our technical documentation )
Dust dry: after 24 hours
Can be painted over: after 24 hours
Fully hardened: after 48 hours
Shelf life: in closed packaging mimum 1 year
Application gun: sealant gun 290-310 ml (for the 150 ml tube)
