Product description

Two-component drip-free epoxy adhesive from Variobond. This epoxy adhesive can be used for bonding various materials such as wood, stone, aluminium, polyester and epoxy laminate and various plastics. In addition, this epoxy adhesive is very suitable for making fillets (hollow frame joints) and to fill holes, repair wood rot etc. The adhesive is also often used as an epoxy filler for wood rot.

This adhesive is available in cans but also in convenient tubes that can be used with a standard caulking gun.

Directions for use

 

Specifications

Packaging: 150 ml (tube), 1 kg, 7.5 kg
Colour: opal (1 kg, 7.5 kg) or mahogany (150 ml)
Mixing ratio: 2 parts base, 1 part hardener (by weight)
Yield: approx. 1-3 m2/kg
Pot life: 40 minutes at 20°C
Dust dry after: 24 hours
Recoatiable after: 24 hours
Fully cured after: 48 hours
Shelf life: in closed packaging mimum 1 year
Application gun: sealant gun 290-310 ml (for the 150 ml tube)
Mixing tube: mixing tube D (2x included as standard)
